Those who haven´t tried this discipline will of course enjoy and admire her, but I think they cannot fully understand how demanding this particular performance is for her arms. Also, I'm very glad I watched this, because her leg movements are very elegant. It is quite inspiring. I'm like "oh, so that's how you do it!".
